Volunteer Application and Background Check Clearance

We’re so happy to have you join our school community for a half day and spend time encouraging our students. Please plan to sign up to be a District Volunteer as soon as possible. This must be completed in advance of volunteering as an MVP. It takes almost a week to process an application and complete a background check. This must be completed to volunteer.

Background checks are valid for two years. Please contact our registrar, Mrs. Cobb, hcobb@lwsd.org if you need to check if you are already cleared to volunteer.
